We aim to respond quickly and efficiently to any enquiries, within a maximum of 2 working days. To help us speed up the process, a photograph of an issue is a great way to help us understand so please attach any you have to an email.
Pointers about emailing images:
- Photos should be as clear as possible and taken from a distance that adds context to the image.
- Take multiple images from different angles and positions so that we can fully understand the issue you’re facing.
- When emailing please provide your order reference or postcode as well as your full name and preferred contact method (phone or email).
- When you save the image, please name the file using spaces, not dots, e.g. sofa 15 03 16
- Attach Jpeg image files to your email – please note the dot between the title and ‘jpg’ is automatic but any other dots in the file name may cause our spam filters to block your email.
- Total image size cannot exceed 10MB, but try to keep images to 1MB per file.
