" I recently took delivery of a stressless chair and I would like to let you know what a pleasant experience it was buying from your store. The sales person was very nice and didn't pressure me at all, giving me the time and space to make my own mind up.

I appreciated this approach and it made the shopping experience very pleasant.

I would also like to say how impressed I was with the two delivery men. It was a hot day and to get the chair in to my house they had to remove the legs, but they expressed no unpleasantness or inconvenience.

The attitude of both men was excellent. They were cheerful and pleasant and helpful, putting the 'over-shoe' cover on everytime they came into the house. They were just very nice people.
